The Rally Bash - Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets for The Rally Bash, to be held at the Birmingham Metropole Hotel on Saturday 9th November 2024.

2. Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Price and Payment

The ticket price is as stated at the time of purchase and includes £2.00 per ticket transaction charge.

4. Ticket Delivery

Tickets will be delivered electronically (e-tickets) to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

5. Event Cancellation

• In the event of The Rally Bash being completely cancelled, you will receive a full refund for the ticket price, minus the £2.00 transaction fee.

• The organiser will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any cancellation.

6. Event Postponement

• The organisers reserve the right to postpone the event to an alternative date.

• In the event of postponement, you will be offered the option to:

   

  • Attend the event on the new date.
  • Receive a full refund for the ticket price, minus the £1.80 transaction fee

7. Refunds (Excluding Cancellation or Postponement)

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless the event is cancelled or postponed (as detailed in clauses 5 & 6).

8. Lost or Damaged Tickets

The Event Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Duplicate Tickets cannot be issued.

9. Resale

The resale of tickets for commercial gain is strictly prohibited. Tickets suspected of being resold may be rendered invalid.

10. Changes to the Event

The organisers reserve the right to make minor changes to the advertised program without affecting the core elements of the event.

11. Liability

The organizer is not liable for any costs incurred due to missed travel or accommodation arrangements in the event of a cancellation or postponement.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Event Organiser regarding your purchase of Tickets.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
